my ds708 will not communicate with any year make or model vehicle I attempt to scan ive owned the scan tool for 2 years and ive loved it. now it is costing me money time and business. I cant reach tech support by email or phone I'm at a loss and starting to think I should have just bought a snap-on scan tool at this point..... need some insite on how to resolve the issue as quickly as possible thanks for your help
